Be part of something enduring. The Founding Fifty is a special group of the first 50 individuals in each of the cities we serve who have contributed to the River North Community Fund’s Endowment with a minimum gift of $100. These inaugural donors are helping lay the foundation for a strong, connected, and generous community - forming the roots from which River North’s legacy will grow. As a member of the Founding Fifty in Brisbane or the City of Moreton Bay, you’ll receive exclusive invitations to events, unique behind-the-scenes site visits, and recognition as a pioneer supporter shaping the future of our region.

"We support community-led initiatives to address local issues - through sharing and repairing.  Repair cafes and libraries of things allow volunteer community members to help their neighbours. And they are inclusive and fun!  We can’t wait for River North to ignite and activate many more local opportunities to repair and share across Brisbane North."

"The River North Community Fund feels like coming full circle. After starting out in 2011 with N0tice - a hyperlocal community platform that shaped my commitment to community-driven initiatives - finding something similar in Australia after 3.5 years felt like coming home, and it’s something I’m keen to help thrive."

"Having lived much of my life on the Northside, I'm grateful for the opportunities it's given me and I continue to find ways to give back. I'm not starry-eyed about the challenges faced in the North, from flood resilience to entrenched disadvantage, which is exactly why initiatives like River North matter."
